I don't believe this. This dude voluntarily abandoned his team and redshirted after 4 games so he could enter the portal.
We aren't getting all of the story.
That said, he's definitely the "Jayden Daniels Type" quarterback that everyone seems to want. Now he's raw and needs developing, but he's similar to what JD was 3 years ago.

Definitely a red flag. This would be an automatic disqualifier for me.
