Ship has sailed with him. Not trying to sound snobby, but we have much bigger fish to fry.

Part of me is hoping that O is having recruits troll other schools, but I seriously doubt that's the case. It'd be funny though.

Well known he's headed to Bama, not wanting to compete with LSU 's depth chart.

They are better DB's out there that are more important than him right now. He had his chance and he knows LSU's reputation as DBU and still chose to go Bama, so best of luck to him, but his spot will be filled by someone better I believe.

It would be nice if coach Raymond could keep that Miami pipeline. Am I wrong guys? I guess now Miami and Florida state, lol, can sell playing time? Whatever. DBU. He is a badass safety/corner recruit. If bama gets him I take it as a loss. Long athlete in coach Raymond's area

On second thought we have been complaining about the lack of spots for highly recruited dB's and transfers and such. Coach O really can't let the recruiting in the usual positions slip past this class. I think we'll be fine. But like y'all I want all the dB's and I guess its a good problem to figure out where they fit. DB motherfrickin U, is all

My reply is not exactly directed at you, but more so this whole DBU thing. Who gives a shite if we are DBU, LBU, WRU, Failed QBU, etc. It would be great to again be known as a U that consistently competes for SEC Championships, National Titles, etc. Does anyone think teams like Bama give a crap about a title like DBU.

This whole DBU thing is just a moral victory and reflects consolation prize thinking.

The whole DBU thing is driven by the players. It's a big recruiting tool as well. Some fans get carried away with it. Is what it is. Bama is on top right now. It's not just LSU that isn't competing for an SEC Championship. it's every other SEC team. Auburn has their shot next week....and we beat them. Doesn't amount to a hill of beans, but all SEC teams other than Bama are in the same boat right now.

Go frick yourself, Walter.

LSU was DBU when it won championships, and it will be DBU when it gets back to winning championships.

Oh, and this is directed at you.

Go frick yourself, Walter.

I am not too worried about losing him. We are stacked at safety and not really a pressing need at the moment. Forget about recruiting high school safeties this year, let's recruit the safeties we have to not go pro or transfer. Monroe, Delpit, Stevens, Harris, and Lewis are freshmen and Battle is a junior.
