4 Potential LSU Tigers are doing very well! Hill for Ms going to MSU looks like a real SEC back. Cam playing RB and QB has @ 50 yards rushing so far. Brennan has thrown a couple nice balls and 2 future Tiger DL starting for Alabama. This is a very good game if you are able to see it!

He came back out. Good for him.

He doesn't fare well against good competition. Big difference from those cupcakes he plays against.

Brennan has a quick release and a good arm. Lots of pressure from inside. I would have like to see him throw a couple away and not take sacks. He's look good through 2 quarters.

The two DL, Thomas and Ferrel look good. They teamed for a sack already.

I wouldn't take anything at all from these games, considering these guys have only practiced together a few times.

You're telling us a QB hasn't looked good in an all star game playing in a new offense with new wr's around him? Let me find my shocked face. Let me guess, the Alabama QB didn't put up good stats either? Sooper shocking.

RB Hill looks great.
LB Gay looked good.
Our 2 boys from Alabama looked very impressive.
Another LB can't remember his name looked good too and he's uncommitted.

He made a bunch of bad decisions in this game. That has nothing to do with an all star team. If he is pressure, he struggled to get away and often just threw the ball up as he was getting hit. He also got blown up and fumbled on a bootleg.

The used him just as he was used on offense at his high school. He faked the run on most handoffs that I don't think put fear in anyone because he got caught every time he was pressured. Most of his throws were horizontal or within a few yards of the LOS. All star game is no excuse. There are a ton of QB's who play these types of games and still look good.

That being said, he needs to gain some weight and I think he'll be fine once he catches up to the speed of the game. Today was his first taste of what it's like to be on a field full of D1 athletes.

My thoughts exactly. I've saw Shea Patterson do very in all the American game, while Felipe Franks did poorly. Dual Threats probably fair better in these games. Ability to improvise.

Brennan is very raw in his progressions. He is a one look and throw QB that's just how they do it at his HS been that way since Dylan Favre was there breaking nation wide passing records.

First time really watching Kylin Hill and good grief that kid is good.Akers looked extremely raw he is going to need good coach in college. We have that here!

Gay looked very athletic.MS team had a DB from Brandon that really looked good and that Jackson kid from the Coast looked good.

Really liked our Alabama kids.

This is a great analysis of his situation.

We will regret not having Kateon(?) Thompson from Landry Walker...see two threads.

Have no clue of relationship to LSU; whether we looked at him, other issues, but dammed best quarterback in any of the state final games.

PS: Haven't seen Narcisse or Brennan. That said, Thompson is an athlete of the first order.
