I 100% want him and hope we get him, but he’s known for being a troll and acts like he’s about to commit to a school, but doesn’t. Just saying this, I really really want him tho... today he said to Elias ricks “you know the plan”

Maybe I'm wrong but if I were to make a guess I wouldnt be suprised if he's not even a take right now. We've got a deep DB board with limited spots especially with how many LBs we seem willing to take. Again purely a speculative guess but to me I could definitely see others being prioritized before him.

If there is any safety to fit in the numbers he would be it. I could see us possibly taking him and no other safety for 2020.

Could see that as well but I have hard time believing he's ahead of all of Alford, the 2 Williams kids from TX, Burns, Branch etc. Add in that his recruitment will be extremely volatile and I could definitely see the staff having him down the board a bit.
Not meant to knock the kid because he's a very good prospect but circumstances can cause placement in the board to change.

Totally get and respect that, but do you believe they can take Cavazos over a few of the guys listed solely on the strength of building bridges with Cali for not only this cycle, but for years to come? Am I reaching a bit or what?

Yea he backed off when Meyer retired, which i completely respect. He did his due diligence and will likely be re-committing this weekend to OSU.
He is being recruited as a corner (so he says), and can likely play there after his 4.4 time a month or so ago at a camp.
