We need to bring in another experienced QB ASAP. This is a new regime and we need to promote competition at every position including QB. It not the coaching staffs responsibility to make Brennan’s dreams come true. It’s the job to make LSU a complete team that’s ready to win titles this year. Nuss isn’t ready and Walker has stated that he wants to learn from a veteran. Our starter at QB needs to be pushed in a real way to set an example for the rest of the team. Our last staff got lazy and just penciled guys in. We can’t continue in that direction.

I agree that they should bring someone in but why did they wait so long.

They could've gone after jaxson dart or many other qbs.

It will be interesting to see if this is who they are pursuing after passing on a few others. Jayden Daniels is an above average runner for a qb but a below average passer. Even in his best games he misses very easy throws and makes easy completions difficult for the WR. The USC game this year is a good example of what his best games look like.
