Apparently he's looking at Alabama

He can just look. Saban ran off the trouble makers when he got to Alabama. Saban won't put up with trashballs.

Apparantly Bama and Auburn are not interested.I have a feeling that we aren't that interested either. He' at UNC this weekend because Auburn wouldn't let him visit.Ole Miss is he team to watch.I have a feeling that if we pushed we could get him.I don't think we are pushing.Could change depending on who our coaches top targets are and how they feel about them.I honestly don't know who our coaches really want. They are slow playing some good players(Parker,Boone,Dyjuan Lewis wr from Indiana)so I hope the coaches have a good idea that some other guys are coming.Wright I the only guy I'm positive about.I know Reed is being pushed hard but i don't know who else.

why? from this thread he either had sex with a teacher, hit a teacher in the face close fist, or is a sleeper cell for al queda. i'm not trying to put out there that he's an angel or anything b/c i haven't followed his recruitment but I haven't seen anything that makes him Willie Williams II either.

A lot of teachers out there deserve to have their arse whooped. Can't blame him without knowing the full story.

Does anyone have any sort of link. This crap just sounds like "I know this guy that my friend told me about well his cousin plays basketball with this other guy. That guys sister slept with a classmate of Ambles. She said that the guy told her Ambles hit a teacher".

Come on guys, before we judge and hang this recruit as a trouble maker at least produce some evidence. Dont just rely on unfounded rumors.

OJ murdered Nicole and Ron Goldman -- no Link. 6000 years of recorded history before Algore invented the internet. Lots of shite happens without a link.

Well Thank you AUDave, you just cleared it all up. Thanks Man. I guess Ambles is a trouble maker then.

yeah but thankfully Gore had a vision and invented said interwebs and as such a 5 star wide receiver can barely sneeze without a link or at least with someone on a message with the ballz enough to say WTF happened.

Except for Jimmy Johns, but then again, he wasn't a Saban recruit, just sold coke on the side.

Why would FL, USC, FL, and etc. didnt want to offer him? they knew his type of character and that's enough reason for them to pull the offer...just like Storm Johnson, he might be good but he's a trouble maker..links? i don't have one

i saw where he had sex w/ a teacher. why does that make him radioactive as a recruit? On a scale of 1 to plunger this doesn't seem to be that big a deal; so i figure there's gotta be something else to the story.

He goes to school here where I live and I have heard he has a lot of character issues, such as behavioral issues. He doesn't respect coaches and teachers and is a real handful. Good player though but a risky one too.

If he qualifies academically well above the minimum and can answer a few direct questions, I still don't see why LSU does not take him. His talent is unquestionable, everything else is rumor that could be easily explained by the immaturity commonly associated with youth.

RP's talent was unquestionable too, and we see how that worked out.

I am all for recruiting the best players...

but, message boards all over the country talk about how this kid is trouble...

where there is smoke...

Perhaps we want him to make our ranking look better on paper?

Schools dont back off of a kid with his talent for no reason.

Paper rankings don't really matter, in the end, how does he contribute to the team. Does his team mates like his vibe in the locker room? Do they believe in his abilities to make plays and play hard? Can the coaching staff depend on him to make the grade and abandon excuses for his shortcomings?

The kid needs evaluating, no question, but if he should allay the coaching staff's fears/concerns, then he is a no brainer. He has shown what he can do on the field.

Why post in a thread that you haven't even read? Read the thread before you say that you don't see why! Read the thread it says why!

I remember when everyone was saying how Frank Wilson was a dirty recruiter and was a bad guy and so on...turns out none of that was true and he has become a saint on the the recruiting board.

I could see how a similiar situation could be applied to recruits. Word gets out and things get exaggeratted. I don't know what this kid did to garner such a bad reputation, but we need some WRs in this class, and I wouldn't mind going after this guy.
