Sam and Joey Hauser are both transferring from Marquette! Please work your magic Wade and baby Jesus!
Sam, a 6-foot-8 junior, averaged 14.9 points and 7.2 rebounds this season. He shot 40.2 percent from 3-point range, marking the third season in a row he's made at least 40 percent of his 3-pointers.
Joey, a 6-foot-9 freshman, averaged 9.7 points and 5.3 rebounds per game in his first season at Marquette. He also shot 42.5 percent from 3.

Sam and Watford play the same spots, that's a difficult sell to Watford if you take them.

If they have to sit out I’m not sure if we would even have room with immeditae needs on the wing and for a rim protector

so is one an immediate transfer. If so, they would be worth it. I don't think we can take 2 transfers who sit out a year. That would be tough for next year. Sounds like we don't have a shot on them

I’m not saying I do jackass. I’m simply saying they will probably go there. It’s called seeing it in the news and then stating “probably UVA, or Wisconsin”

UVA. Their dad is close friends with Tony Bennett. Michigan St and Wisconsin are also a possibility.

I live in Wisconsin so I can share what I heard and know...Joey Hauser was supposed to play with Tyler Herro (My friends Son) at Wisconsin...When Cal came in town at last minute everything changed...Joey Hauser was better than Tyler in High School but Tyler has gotten to be really good....Well Tyler wonder how Tyler ahead of him for the NBA Draft....His brother feels the same way bu not so directly....Then their is the PG coming back some rift there about where the offense is run through...Had Howard went to NBA the Hauser Boy's were staying...I heard Wisco and Virginia as their Dad is friends with Tony and assistant coach who is from UW Green Bay where Tony played in college......They want to get to NBA...I don't see Wisconsin as the Spring Board maybe Virginia is...Both need to sit out a year and it's a package deal...

Having two transfers coming in using two spots for next year but neither eligible until the year after is pretty tough. Seems like the team would need to be really good 1-8 or so bad that they are not even banking on the next year.
If LSU lands Watford and keeps Skylar, Emmitt and Javonte, we might be one of a few schools that would be open to it.
Is there any interest on their part to come to Baton Rouge?
