Some of these kids are going to be surprised come 12/21 when their offers are pulled. Coach O has indicated as much. If you are committed and do not sign on 12/20, then you really are not that committed. You may have your offer pulled and someone who wants to come will get that offer. But coaches are not going to risk missing out on players if those that do not sign decide to go elsewhere.

If the JUCO guys are counted as "transfers" they go against the 85 and we'll be able to sign 25, PLUS those 3, making a total of 28.

I've looked for the answer to this question, and can't find it...
Does the 25 rule ONLY go for initial counters? That wording does matter when you're talking JUCO.
If the answer to above is yes... once again, the 85 limit is all that matters regarding JUCO/transfers.

The JUCO players only go against the 85 man limit.
And I believe the Nebraska QB you are thinking of is Tanner Lee, he graduated from Jesuit. Would be interesting to see because he should be a Grad transfer and he has already transferred once in his college career already from Tulane to Nebraska. Also why would he transfer away from Nebraska when Scott Frost just arrived??
