Okay so that's addressed, but why would any last ditch effort make you think it's a bad thing?

We had the last visit. Now we're having another visit. These events in particular would lead me to believe that LSU has ground to make up. Not saying he can't be flipped, but we're probably behind right now.

If hooties as gone as it's wildly and irrationally assumed ... Then hooties mother must know that

So if les miles is being welcomed into a home into a recruits home the day or evening before he commits publicly to a school, why wouldn't that school be lsu

Hooties biggest influence was said BY HIM to be HIS family .. Fact

No other coach, to my knowledge and that I know of recently has had as much personal contact with hootie as les miles. Personal meaning face to face contact

If this visit disproves anything, let it disprove the simple thought that hooties mom has given up hope in getting her son to lsu. An official visit, breakfast at the miles and now les home for some dinner .. She hasn't, we shouldn't and les most certainly won't

That's logic. Nice.

Just saying we should keep this in perspective and not be all shocked if it doesn't work out like we hope it will.

it really doesn't matter either way to me, I'm just saying that you can't read anything into this visit. It could be a last ditch effort to try to land him even though odds are small, or it could be to occupy the guy's time so that your competitor doesn't have that chance.

I have never seen one quote from his Mother. Why is it assumed that his mother wants him at LSU? How did this become accepted as fact?
I'm not flaming, just would like to know.
I,ll wait...

If it was 100% done deal to Bama. Neither party would be wasting each others time. Now i doubt that anything new could be said that hasn't already been put on the table. I think Hootie will be just as successfull in the future with either choice. Really just depends on whether he wants to go out of state for school or stay home with the familiarity of LSU.

Just from what all of the writers (not just ours) have said about her, which I'm guessing they've actually gotten to meet her and/or talk to her. It's been known that Ohio State was actually Hootie's school growing up but it was said that there was no way his mom would let him go that far away from home

I sure hope he signs with us , but if he chooses Bama so be it, I will trade him for the other five or six. We are OK with defensive backs and safeties. And......you know how I feel about 5 star players signing out of state especially Bama

Have a blessed day

I can't and will never find a quote from her saying she likes lsu

Just like I can't find any concrete or hard evidence from hootie saying he's gone to bama

I can only go off of the notion that she took an official visit with her son to lsu, not to bama
She has now or will now allow les miles into her home, not nick Saban
So I might assume she likes lsu and be wrong, but her actions suggest she likes purple and gold

Everybody gets one in home visit. LSU hasn't had theirs yet. This is scheduled not last hour!

I really hope someone reveals what information Memphis got a couple of months ago that made him so confident and what was the critical event that turned the tide in favor of Bama.

A ton of conversations Hootie had and then a tonof conversations his mother had. Other things throughout his recruitment that were pro-LSU. Also people in the inner circle of one of his good friends also feeling LSU was were his commitment was. The other night after hearing some stuff that was said it was apparent there was some playing going on. After figuring out that was indeed what was happening, it was apparent why they were going about it in that way. Then saying Hootie is going to Bama obviously contradicts what I was saying. But I was just posting what I had just figured out, as did red.

But Adams will be hootie's replacement. And the ride4quille is ending Monday. So there's that for positivity.

Staff should've focused more on momma Hootie. They didn't.

As Shea said, she wasn't as into the visit, more than likely due to staff not focusing on her. Finding all that out after her giving positive reports on the visit started to show some just trying to keep the hands that feed you happy.
