All top 25 coaches can recruit. In BBall it's almost everything.

There's a nice story on Tigerbait about Morgan. It's premium, so I won't link it.
Basically says he loves LSU, thinks the team will be good this year and really good next year.

I was just coming on here to add that. Not sure what kind if mutual interest there was. None of the commitment stories I read mention LSU.

Yeah LSU was never mentioned in his recruitment, but on a side note I did see where they had some coaches watching Javontae Hawkins workout, looks like Trent is putting the press on for this guy.

LSU was listed in his Rivals profile, but that was the only mention I ever saw.
Hawkins looks like a good one. He has a nice offer list.

Man we need to add 2 legit bigs THIS CLASS.
Losing White and Warren this year. We'll be left with just O'Bryant, Hamilton, and Courtney (who I hope can contribute soon)
I'd like this class to shape up with Morgan, 2 post guys, a bigger wing and a PG with some size.

offers from LSU, USC, UCLA, Harvard, and a visit/offer to Colorado. He should probably roll with Harvard IMO

Wow, how did you find him? He is not in Rivals, and is a 2-star on Scout with no schools listed.
Good catch. I will add.

A little more infor on Jeter. He has received intrest from USC, Wisconsin and Texas however, none of them has offered thus far in like manner, here is some more addittional information on the recruit as follows:

Strengths:
Sheldon's more long than explosive off the dribble, but can still create some because he plays low to the ground. His athleticism comes out more in transition than it does the quarter court right at the moment.
Weaknesses:
He has a long and lanky build, and a frame that must fill out but is skilled on the perimeter with a soft touch off both the catch and the dribble. Defensively, he still needs to establish a position for himself.
Bottom Line:
Jeter is a skilled forward who plays primarily on the wing right now but could develop into an ideal face-up four if he can stretch his frame a couple of inches.

It's obvious by the recruiting list that Trent Johnson agrees with you. That description fits about half the names on the list.

Jerome Hairston commits to Towson. Big surprise for a Rivals 150 player most thought would go high major.

are we still recruiting Gathers?

Gathers is committed elsewhere already.
