@CodyWorsham
Watching film for a scouting report on Marlon Taylor coming soon. Have said “Oh my God” out loud in my office multiple times, involuntarily. Raw, but one of the best athletes I’ve ever seen on tape. Guy floats.

I think everyone here is sleeping on Days at the 3. I think the lineup will look like:
Waters
Smart
Days
Reid
Bigby-Williams/Williams

Emmitt is not a center.
When Bigby-Williams goes out, Reid will probably man the 5 and Emmitt the 4.

Don't forget the possibility of ORU's Javan White, who is visiting this weekend. That could be your backup center as well

Just in the way of comparison (vertical leap) Jordan was 48"!

This is definitely the plan here, but I bet White plays pretty sparingly

And?
You listed Waters and Smart as starters. 2 point guards. Emmitt Williams will start...just get used to it.

Let's not turn this into another pissing match thread of who will start and who wont, jesus we do this every time someone posts a list
We have more than 5 guys who will play a TON of minutes next year, bottom line...so who really "starts" in some scenarios matters very little

Will he be able to play next year??

He reminds me somewhat of Vernel Singleton except he has a better looking shot and is more accurate shooter. He is a big-time leaper like Vernel but better all-around athletic ability (speed, quickness etc.) Other former LSU players in the mold of Marlon are Leonard 'Swat' Mitchell and Dewayne 'The Astronaut' Scales. Taylor fills a void in this recruiting class and fits what this class was missing. Uncle Willie is going to have a great team once he gets them all together and molds them into one cohesive unit. There's going to be a lot of dunking by the LSU offense next season. OMG is there going to be a lot of dunking!!!
