Brian Kelly and his staff had less than 2 months of recruiting and put together the 6th ranked overall class including transfers. Lewis and Matthews would've been really nice to get but it's not end of the world that they didn't choose LSU. Kelly has proven that he can fill voids using the portal. I'm excited to see what the future holds for LSU football!

And it will only take a few months before some if these recent signees like Lewis realize that they aren't starting at their position and probably won't be for a couple of years. Then they'll be in the portal as well.
