Kip Lewis (OLB, 4*, #340, Carthage, TX) – The 3* prospect from northeast Texas (No. 340 nationally, No. 29 positional) is listed at 6’2”, 200 lbs., and he currently has 15 offers with the four or five biggest having been received by Lewis in late January 2021. According to K. Lewis, he doesn’t have any favorites yet, as he is just trying to research the numerous schools/programs that have offered. Lewis has mentioned that he’d like to commit before the start of his senior season (so, Aug./Sept. 2021). Kip mentioned that he has a twin sister, and that they would like to attend college together.

Carthage (Texas) High four-star linebacker Kip Lewis had 140 tackles in helping lead his team to a state title in the fall. In this setting he was the top cover linebacker at the event, with good initial quicks, change of direction ability and range. Running backs had no chance whether they were working on the quicker short routes or trying to stretch the field vertically. Offers from Notre Dame, Oklahoma and Texas A&M were big for him.
