I have to say after reading your in depth analysis of Chad you have changed my perception of his talent level. I wonder if i could run some other recruits by you for your feedback? Son, stick to pinching pimples and j**king off and leave the analysis to the big boys.

At least he backed his comments up a bit. He may not be a talent scout but at least he's seen Chad play. 99% who are commenting on him haven't seen him play a snap.

Youre right, I may have been a little hard on the lad. Hope Chad doesn't find out who he is or he will be toting his books the rest of the year.

That's a valid point. On that thought, can you imagine how quiet this board would be if you actually had to see a guy play a game to announce that he sucks or is a superstar? I know that I would have almost zero to say on this board, which may not be all that bad.

I have not seen Lindsey take a snap. But then again, most of my posts have been from the LSU side as opposed to trying to guess how good this kid will be.

Who's next of the LSU/Bama lists? Lindsey is now in the books.

So your claiming that LSU didn't offer Richardson. Interesting take but I respectfully disagree, even if Bama fans do know more about LSU recruiting that LSU fans.

The whole world offered Richardson, he doesn't count.

Hey man don't let tigerjake bother you. He is one of the bitches on this site. TDings is a good site for recruiting info, but unfortunately there are a few posters like him here, that call names like a 13 year old.
GFY newbie! I've been on this site since it started...way before you GUMPS were allowed on here. If you wanna come on here to talk recruiting then I'm all ears, but 99% of you asswipes are flamers.

Kinda like DeAngelo Benton. When he wanted to commit, LSU said, uh, no, not at this time. Same thing probably happened with Lindsay. Nobody's ever had a more commitable offer to LSU than Benton, right? Right up until it was no longer commitable.

From a BCS coach
quote:

That commitment means, is that we’re through with the recruiting process. I’m giving you my word you’ve got a scholarship. You’re giving your word you’re coming.

LSU may not have been ready to give him that same word at this time, if they had other irons in the fire.

You're stupid. Take your half wit opinions elsewhere and stop making the competent posters look stupid by association.

I saw some of the posters above say they had never seen Lindsay play a snap. Here is his ESPN analysis and some highlights. Looks pretty strong and mobile to me. I'm happy he picked Bama. Also, he is able to play guard or center.

I think hes a good player, that could be great. I wish we would've landed him, but obviously our coaches were not ready for him to commit. Nothing against Lindsey...bama got a good one IMO.

it's a LOOONG way to signing date ... he has enough time to change his mind and make the right decision. Maybe the family will work on him.

With his dad having attended LSU and his sister currently going to LSU, I wouldn't be surprised to see some "investigation" by the NCAA. I find this very, very dubious at best.

It was his mom, and of course you would find it "dubious", with a douchebag nickname like you have.

This will probably get nixed but any kid who goes to a major rival of the school where his parents attended and his sister is enrolled is a douche. I would say the same for any two other schools in the same scenario. His parents must really be proud.

His dad played for Mississippi State, his mom went to LSU, and his sister goes to LSU now, and they live in Texas. I don't think the kid had a lot of pressure to go anywhere in particular. I think they let him go where he wanted and Bama was his choice. According to what I read his parents told him any of the schools would be a good choice and he couldn't make a bad decision.

Everything. I (along with several other posters in the know) have tried to explain, at length, what happened with Benton. Even if he hadn't heard my explanation, his valley girl recap was absolute garbage.
