If this kid gets Moffitized, he will be very special. Weren't we going to take 2 RBs in this class? Think we found our second....home state kid to boot!

Oh look, another one of these. I’m sure wherever he goes they would have wanted him all along.

I understand what you are saying. I understand that people like shiny things and the SEC is definitely a shiny thing. You see I am not speaking from what I have read in some papers on a sports forum or what I heard from second hand barbershop talk. You should truly read what I have written. I am not speaking from an opinionated point of view.
There are two SEC schools he would consider, one big 12 school and one ACC school. One of the SEC schools continues to tell him that he needs to visit the campus and then they will "consider" offering him and to me that says, "We have other signees ahead of you and maybe we will consider you if one doesn't commit".
He will make the right choice for him on a student-athlete basis and this is a guarantee. Bull and his mom are extremely close also, so add that to the mix.

I have. And ive followed recruiting for way too long to think that holds any water this far out, with the offers coming in for him that are coming in. For a guy that hasn't played his Sr year.
Im not trying to be a dick or a smartass, but he isnt sticking with Tech. We've seen this too many times.

I am not "another one of these"! I have been a fan of Bulls for years and I have watched his growth. Once again he is a great young man. What I said is the truth and not an opinion.
Read my earlier threads before this one was even started. This kid has all the intangibles to be a truly great running back. I would rather see him at LSU over any other school in the country. I brought him to the board months ago to bring light to who this kid is.

Please understand...I am not saying he will stick to La Tech, but they are currently in the drivers seat.

Has nothing to do with anything I said or responded to. Merely pointing out how you painted him as entitled and hurt over LSU not offering him soon enough. See : Etienne

You are speaking on a situation that you have no clue about. Never tried to paint him as entitled. They contacted him months ago, they didn't just reach out to him yesterday. It has been how they have pursued him that is at question.
I am not a college recruiter...only a fan, parent and mentor...Do you wait until a kid reaches 4* to offer him after he has received several offers and you wait for one kid you offered to choose another school and then you offer? Maybe that is how it works, I don't know... All I know is: I want Bull to enjoy the recruiting process and choose the school that fits his style and receive the education that carries him beyond football. And this is what I talk to him about more than anything else. Use football as a stepping stone because not every kid makes it to the NFL.

It usually does work that way. Do you think the LSU, OSU, Clemsons of the world have 250 committable offers on the table and they just take the first 25 that come along? If they have a good feeling about someone higher on their board, they slow play the lower rated kid. That’s not rocket science.

I know that is how it works...but don't allow Bama or Clemson to come in and offer him and then you come back a week later to offer and expect for him to choose LSU (Who is the hometown big school). LSU is calling him, but they are just calling him and even he is wondering why "just keep calling".

YOU said that. I don’t know him or know much about his recruiting. You made it seem like his feelings were hurt because he wasn’t offered 2 months ago. Your words, not mine.

I referenced Etienne because he was kind of in the same position, and picked Clemson, who offered him after LSU did because he had his feelings hurt too.

After speaking to Hargrove extensively this week, LSU's interest has ramped up and he definitely wants to play on a bigger stage than Conference-USA.

We'll see if the guy who takes credit for his existence allows it

He has shades of Alfred Blue in his game. Unless he just doesn’t want to leave Ruston, he’s absolutely a power 5 talent.

He picked up another offer adding Penn State to the list. I’m telling you, the kid is special. Not that anyone is in disbelief, but he is fun to watch and will continue to pick up more and more offers.
Penn St is another school that's been pumping out and picking up top RBs yearly since Franklin got there.
I don't care what anybody says, I'll say like I said with Etienne, push hard for Hargrove.

I'm not trying to dog Kiner, because he looks good too, and is committed, but Hargrove is showing out like that IN Louisiana! I mean you have a beast in your backyard.
We all know from decades of experience just how beastly the best RBs in Louisiana are. Hell, just from 2009-2019 you've had Lacy, Hill, Fournette, Guice, Pooka, Etienne, Helaire, and expect both Emery and Davis to ball out this season.
Don't want to lose him.

I’ve talked to this young man several times. He frequented the same gym. Seemed like a fine young man. Hope he is a Tiger..

I’m sure any Power 5 offer will entice him more than Tech, the relationship he has with Tech is that he lives there, once the Big Boys call he gone. Tech has the little man complex, they (tech fans) will follow him like he was already a player for them. It’s amazing how they follow White the former b-ball coach, like he learned to coach at Tech. Delusional fan base!!!
