Johnson rescinds offer to Reese

My thoughts are that Butch Pierre is a dirty dude and Trent Johnson has a ton a class and is putting this program 1st.

What it ultimately says is that no player will ever be bigger than the team under Johnson's watch. That takes a big man to do that in college athletics today and it's great that he is setting that precedent now at the very beginning.

reese really burst onto the scene recently with a camp showing also, its not like he is someone like phil pressey we're all going to be watching for a couple of years

nothing really, for his size and projected ability he only has two offer, K state and Miss State, that should tell you something in tems of grades, behavior or actual ability

im not pissed at reese but TJ most likely laid out his expectations that go with the offer and reese obviously didnt meet them

i dont like it much either, but like i said he just burst onto the scene with a big camp showing ala CM and we landed him, but he apparently wasnt done with recruiting. TJ probably told him if you commit, no visits, no nothing, you're done with recruiting and he apparently didnt listen

I have a close friend on the inside of the PCCC team who says that Reese is not what most people think he is. When we got him, I wondered if we might not be lucky enough to lose him - it may be a sign that Johnson is a lucky guy.
