O's back and forth on his offensive direction and lack of OC can't help.

But I thought Coach O was the best recruiter out there and he will outwork anyone. Now all of a sudden he can't recruit. WTF

That's what happens when you hire a HC literally no other big school would consider.

Not the issue as much as other decisions since that hire.

And no OC

Yet, the #1 and #3 safeties confirmed their commitments as did possibly our long lost OT recruit. Yeah....no momentum.

As did our only WR commit....definitely glass half-full, plenty of work to still do.

Do still question the whole M.B. situation. I would have been happy AND satisfied with Brennan and Narcisse as our two qb commits. Move on to bigger, more critical shortfalls....LB, LB, OL and DL...

He predicted 2for5 before anyone else

He predicted 5 for 5, then 3 for 5, then 4 for 5, then the infamous 1 for 5 and LF and Saban to Texas before settling on 2 for 5, all in one day. You can't honestly attempt to back him with that statement.

Definition of attention whore and drama queen

Surprised he hasn't shoved some lesser-known recruit that LSU is making a mistake in not offering down our throat yet

And one of the reasons everyone was so sold on O was because it would maintain a great class.

One stupid decision was firing your best recruiter in BDP and not even replacing him on the road recruiting so LSU is understaffed.

So he just commented on twitter that his projections to fill out the class will be changing "big time". With Moses, Akers, Reid, Jones, D. Smith, and Wilson all being on the current list; I don't like the sound of that.

Just because you spout shite doesn't mean you know shite...being understaffed allows for rule changes to let O and Craig do work....stfu

You don't keep a sorry arse Special teams coach because he's a good recruiter.

Wrong. That rule was changed. O gets no additional visits.

I agree you don't keep a ST coach that is terrible to recruit. It is the timing that makes no sense. Fire him during the dead period or let him coach the bowl if the position isn't going to be filled anyway.

There was no benefit to firing him immediately if you didn't have a replacement.

I don't understand the benefit in tweeting that knowing that recruits follow him on Twitter.

I hoped that if you came in this thread you would back up your tweet with something. Instead you are just being sad people don't like you. Ironically, thats why people don't like you.

If any recruits read Tigerdroppings, why should they be excited when a majority of our own fanbase can't even get behind Coach O...and we expect recruits to? Let the man work, he's only been the coach for less than 2 weeks and our fanbase has been melting ever since. People need to rally behind him bc, like it or not, he's the HC at LSU and can be successful if he gets the right players signed.

Saban built what he has bc he has out-recruited and continues to out-recruit everyone in the country. If we want at least a chance to compete against the Bama's and Ohio States, we need the best players. Jimmy with his ominous tweets are strictly about getting y'all to follow him and to melt with him. Don't fall for it. He gets paid to stir this kind of shite up, without actually saying or doing anything at all.
