About a year ago I spoke with Trovon's aunt who works at Thib Regional. She has all sorts of articles and pictures of Trovon and the whole team in her office so we started to make small talk. All the stuff about his mom wanting him to play at LSU when she was still alive is spot on correct. At that time he was all LSU.
I do understand that alot has happened in the past year and alot has changed, but yeah his mother really liked the idea of him playing at LSU and his family/friends being able to follow him closely. Wherever he goes I'm sure he'll do well, hopefully for our sake that is LSU.

reed's recruitment is starting to resemble that of Randle. Randle consistently said he wanted to make an impact as a freshman. reed wants to play as a freshman. we had trouble getting randle (including the benton fiasco) and we will have more trouble with reed. the saving grace for randle was that he was a better player and could see himself winning the no. 3 spot. reed is real good but he is way less likely to win the no. 3 spot than randle was. randle seriously considered other schools, reed will also. bye, bye reed.
