I already knew he was a pro style QB.

Interestingly enough, Sam Bradford and Colt McCoy were both 3 stars out of HS, while Jarrett Lee was a 4 star. Two 3 stars competing for the Heisman while a 4 star struggles. What's wrong with this picture?

they're both older than Lee for one. And those two had probably the two best seasons ever for freshmen QBs in major college football.

Jarrett Lee is the odds on favorite to be our starter next year--book it.

You can throw all that stuff away.

Sounds like Lee, alright.

i wish he would have thrown it away a few more times to be honest

throwing it away wasn't the problem, throwing to the other team was

What were people expecting of Lee though? I mean, did people really think that he was going to lead LSU to 9 or more wins. He's a redshirt freshman, he's not use to going up against SEC defenses that have DE's running 4.5's in the forty.

I think the SEC is not his game, he needs to transfer to maybe a low-ranked Big XII school.

he only led drives to get us into the game against Fla, and led a comeback on the road against Auburn(before the team mailed it in), and played well for long stretches quite a few times....but he can't hack it in the SEC.

I'll tell you whats wrong woth this picture.
If you had a clue about college football you would know this answer instead of making this ridiculous post.
How many Freshman QB's are superstars their first year compared to how many senior QB's that struggled their first year.
Many of the great NFL QB's struggled their first year and now are leading their team to championships.
Give the dude a break.
Not everyone can be as great as you pencildicks that come here and bash our players while probably never having won at anything in life.
Until you can get on the field and do better stop bashing teenagers that are trying their best and love LSU.

JR>>>>>>>>>>>both of these QBs. put junior year JR on 2003 or 2007 and i'm betting we don't lose a game either year. he was dominant in college.

we had a better team in 06 and what did he do with it. statics show that lsu don't need a superstar at QB we just need a role player to manage the game and call the right play and try not to go outside their bounties

and now that we all know you dont know shite about college football look at their stats their freshman year and dont forget what conference they play in. beside JL would be fine in the big 12 he has the arm for that conference
