Shep is not a poor recruit compared to anyone

Interestingly enough, Sam Bradford and Colt McCoy were both 3 stars out of HS, while Jarrett Lee was a 4 star. Two 3 stars competing for the Heisman while a 4 star struggles. What's wrong with this picture?

and now that we all know you dont know shite about college football look at their stats their freshman year and dont forget what conference they play in. beside JL would be fine in the big 12 he has the arm for that conference

JR>>>>>>>>>>>both of these QBs. put junior year JR on 2003 or 2007 and i'm betting we don't lose a game either year. he was dominant in college.

we had a better team in 06 and what did he do with it. statics show that lsu don't need a superstar at QB we just need a role player to manage the game and call the right play and try not to go outside their bounties

hey buddy just saying it would be his best position IMO and the one that would have given him his best shot at a long and successfull NFL career.

"WHO CHAD JONES" is by far the best player on the team

Ford will some day be the running back "chuck the truck" Scott is now. Peterson is the best DB we've had since Landry and his only a freshman. Sheppard is equal to Highsmith if not better. what can i say about Jones what can anyone say about Jones his the truth. And Chris hopefully has a great career for the tigers.

Alabama is too high, nobody even really knows how the new QB will be for them. People say he is good but can't really say until he is running the offense.

their qb wasnt good this year, their running game is what made them

Joe McKnight probably would've been good at playing corner too. maybe a shutdown corner with his fluid hips and quickness. Joe might even have a better shot at the NFL had he been playing corner.

i agree jm would have been more productive if he had went to db and not hb :geauxtigers:

Now before you get on me, let me make myself clear. I like Miles. I think he is a good guy, coach, and leader. Despite this year, i think he has done an excellent job at LSU. I am asking, if you were recruit looking to one day play in the pros, would you rather have miles or saban as a coach? This isn't about colleges, throw lsu and bama out the equation.

i think nick is a overall better coach 1)his a much better recruiter 2)his a better defensive mind 3)he knows how to keep his players minds in the game and not on the other stuff and 4)he knows when to give up and set someone down and play a fresh body
