Sounds likely.

I think I saw that Eric Taylor is scheduled to visit UK. I wonder if that visit will be cancelled or not, and if not, what will happen from there.

I think we all need to be patient. We have less than a month to go until the December signing day and we will all find out soon enough.

So just because someone is "110% committed to LSU" doesn't mean it gets reciprocated.

Exactly. All this means is that kids are trying to show the coaches how much they want to remain in this class.

I agree and I hope I see Taylor cancels his OV to Kentucky. No reason to process either of our two 4 star DEs when we have a 3* Juco DE committed

Not saying it’s a bad thing, but being a star gazer isn’t a good thing sometimes.

Agree. They rank juco players a lot differently than high school players. Not fair to compare the two.

I completely agree, but I just don’t see why we would take a Juco player in this class. Just my opinion

That can be a valid argument. JUCO prospects have their drawbacks. I do think the only position we should be taking for JUCO is D line because it will be such an immediate need. We will just have to wait and see how it plays out.

LMAO, so as of Tuesday a kid was planning on going on a visit to another school then decides to cancel his trip and shut down his recruitment on his own accord?

The coaches got wind of the trip and shut that shite down.

He was probably worried about the logjam of Dline talent in this class and had to be assured that another current DL commit would be cut loose.

Does this tell us that he was never expendable and the coaches never wanted to process him?

That's what I'm trying to say.

He wouldn't be reaffirming his commitment this late in the process if he didn't feel the love from the coaches.

If he had "reaffirmed" his commitment right after a big win, then some people in this thread might have a point.

Hey my career is real estate....buyers mkt?....sellers mkt?. LSU has flipped that mkt, great to be a seller in a seller's mkt, but temper it....pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered....hogs are goinnn down(all 3 of those "A" teams), We gonna pig out. Let's let Coach O orchestrate this chess match....he seems to be pretty good at it...GT

Juco players are 2-3 yrs older than a college freshmen. They are physically superior. You ever wonder why teams lines are so good when they have majority of seniors. They Are just stronger than the young bulls.

Can you offer greyshirts or is that something with limitations now too? I wouldn't mind LSU honoring a ship to these guys for next class if they're willing to take greyshirts and that's still a thing. I know not everyone is going to want to do that but it should be on the table?

True but in some cases they aren’t superior. See Travez Moore and B. Traore both highly sought after jucos.

I'd say one would be the Juco DE Gaye not because of lack of ability but you're looking at a 1 or 2 year player as opposed to a 3 year player.
