LOL. So much so we're going to skip 2020.

I laughed at this comment for some reason for the way it was worded.

Sorta true. I think Busch is going to leave next. We need to get some young guys back on the staff to recruit hard. With the exception of Raymond, we're losing all our knockout recruiters.

Nah. We've been over this before with Meatball but I don't feel like repeating myself.

Another note, do you really think we would let anyone go (besides Aranda and Brady) if we thought they were that good?

Meatball's going from LSU to Baylor for christ's sake

Yes, if it's a promotion. Everyone leaving is getting promotions basically. Pretty sure LSU didn't want to lose any of the coaches who have left they wanted continuity. Meatball gets to be a position coach LSU wasn't giving him that and they shouldn't because he's not a good coach. He's worth keeping for recruiting though.

You do realize LSU countered Baylor’s original offer, right?

He was making $210k at LSU & Baylor reportedly just tripled that.

I mean short of making him defensive coordinator LSU cannot match that

2020 may turn out to be a hangover year. 3 losses.

No need to know defense over there.

LSU didn’t counter it, O tried to keep him with a promise of future on the field opportunities. His DL contract was up, and was going to be stuck in an analyst role for at least a year or 2.

He’s the weak link on the staff. How quickly people forget.

Yeah. This is really a win win. I know O liked him, but he definitely needed to go to a lower level program to cut his teeth for a while. I know the stats say he's been a good recruiter, but just look at all the DL guys we've missed on.

I mean, look at last year. We missed on all of our top DL prospects until O and Busch went and pulled Ika out of SLC.
