If we get 7 transfers...

What positions and how many? My guess:
QB-1
OL-2
DL-1
LB-2
DB-1
The key is ALL 7 need to be starters next year! That's how CBK is planning to right this ship quickly. The only freshman I see that might HAVE to play because of talent is Perkins(if we get him) I might feel that way about Howard if I didn't already know he's going to the portal for a QB. I think it will be between the transfer and Nuss for that job.
*Didn't mean to post on RB but crap, the portal is just as much about recruiting as chasing 18 yr old Sr's in H.S. in todays CFB.

Honestly being this late in the game for ESD, we could end up taking more than 7 transfers. We have single digit commitments a week out and keeping a spot or two open for a post spring portal pickup would be a good thing to have.

I wouldn't mind splitting this class right down the middle with freshmen/transfers. It's the quickest way back to the top and if we don't use it it will be used against us. Crap..we'll probably see our former starting QB in the opener next year!

I can guarantee you at least 1 TE will be coming in as a transfer…maybe 2.
