not that it matters but "effect" is correct here

affect = verb (ie "how does this affect us")

effect = noun (ie "what effect does this have")

Anyway, to get this back on topic, it seems like it will have minimal effect on this class. White and Devinity are already enrolled, and most of the New Orleans recruits seem rock solid.

Hiring O was huuuuuuge though, helps soften this blow.

No doubt. I can't think of another program in America that can say their last two running backs coaches have been hired away as head coaches. That's a serious launching pad to sell to big-time recruiters looking to move up.
