I would love to see what a great season could do for recruiting

Positive energy from a great season will carry over into recruiting. Great recruiting will only make that positive energy snowball. If we can exceed expectations this year, there won't be any stopping us for years to come.

Love the impact for future classes but this current class could get messy with processing. Wish they had room for transfers too.

Coach O is demonstrating to the world of football that LSU is the place to come and play football! He's already nationalized the brand and demonstrating to his players that he keeps his word!

I posted this on September 2nd, before we even played Texas. Well now it is happening boys. The only thing left now is to win the national championship. Recruits love to say they are good enough to sign with the national champion. If this happens the 2020 class is gonna be awesome and the 2021 class will be insane.

Yeah, that's generally how it works. The great-season clout seems to benefit contenders/champions the following year.
By November when a great program emerges, seniors in 2020 are either already committed to other teams (hard-to-flip) or already have strong favorites via coaching relationships/multiple visits.
Juniors, especially elite QBs, get enamored with the champion/contenders and usually commit before the end of the next summer.
