I cannot begin to imagine what this young man is going through! Some of ya'll are telling him to man up. If he grew up in a family where respect is a top priority, do you expect him to "man up" with his father in a forceful way? His parents are a huge influence in his life and knowing he will disappoint one of them has got to be agonizing.

Then he thinks he's made a decision that's best for him, and his Dad goes on the radio and blasts one of his top schools (and maybe the one he chose). No 18 year old should have to go through that. I can't begin to imagine what he must be feeling at this point.

It's easy to judge the situation because we have no personal stake in it. I pray he prays on this tonight and does what is best for him and his family. After all, we would have him for three or four years - his family is with him for a lifetime.

They can be tailgatin' with the other Bastrop parents enjoy the best Louisiana has to offer. Including a great education for their son and preparation for the NFL. LSU is well represented in the NFL.

It can only get better once they are here.
