This is pure unmitigated bullshite. If this is the case ...name, image and likeness in the unkown future, then I would like to get paid based on my future accomplishments. I think I might be a board certified, world renowned surgeon 8 years from now, but I'm not sure of that seeing that I am not actually in med school and I am currently a Nurse, but I would like to be paid by my employer for such today.. Oh, and with a driver and a private jet...
NIL is supposed to be NIL...not pay for play disguised as future, maybe NIL...This is pure horseshite, and the system is being bastardized by greed and stupidity on many levels.
