Saban told Mingo that they (bama) had to shift personnel around this year and it left a huge need for an OLB and he was their guy. He then gave Mingo a Bama information packet and headed out.
They never mention defensive end to Mingo. He wants to play OLB and that's where they're recruiting him. I hope Les is doing the same.

KeKe still plans to take officials to USC Bama Michigan and LSU. Im 100% sure he will be a Tiger ,but he still stays in contact with the previously listed schools.

St. Nick is only covering his bases. If, for the unforseen circumstance that TR decides to decommit from Alabama (HIGHLY unlikely), then Saban has Mingo to fall back on.

I know Saban is known for having high school players switch positions once they hit the field in college, but come on...

Why is he considered a lock for Bama?
Two words, and it will ruffle your feathers: Nick Saban.
Not trying to flame, but which coach would you rather play for Nick Saban (whose recruiting help you guys to two National Championships) or Less Miles, who won a National Title riding Saban's recruits?
Dude, you got one more swing then sit your arse on the bench.
