How to edit a recruiting video…..selfish request

My nephew is 12 years old, and is a very very good quarterback.
He does invitiational clinics in Vegas, Houston, New Orleans, Tampa, Atlanta. I was watching his hudl video and it is not zoomed in and not slowed down before each play to where you could put a Circle around him.
Does anyone know how to edit these videos or knows how who to hire and how much that would cost to do it?
Apologies for not putting this in OT or tech because I beleive the recruiting people

I’ll do it for $1k
However if you spend a day on YouTube watching tutorials video editing basics are easy. Especially with Final Cut Pro.
The real difficulty is editing something that has a narrative and making sure it tells the right story.

I could help you out. Did it for myself in HS and went on to play D-1 FCS before I went to LSU for school.
