I'm sure it has been covered, but it makes sense that even though they play different positions, LSU would need to keep Adams very happy and hold off on Hootie coming out and saying he's flipped to LSU. And even to go as far as having smoke screens like OM rumors?
Also, even though it is a dead period, since he de-committed, can we accept calls from a recruit as long as it's not us reaching out to them?

Didn't know he did that? And, if so, I do not know enough to answer you.
Obviously, the guy didn't just de-commit without having talked to other schools since then or immediately before. This came down to a nationally televised event between LSU and Bama. No way he hasn't spoken to LSU or someone else he is interested in.

If I am not mistaken there is still no face to face or in home visits allowed. He can talk on the phone or email though.

I said he wasn't goin to be an EE anymore yesterday and I got completely bashed. Also Jason jones our DB coach has been working on hootie for awhile now even before he decomitted
