Nuss has proven what he is capable of playing big boy football for 6A Texas. I've seen enough to know the kid is a gamer and will do well for LSU.

All he needs to do is keep developing and get some time in the S&C program. He's not going to be pressed to take the reins for a while.

Was Burrow invited to this camp. No? then he wasn't considered to be top 11, right?

The body language was incredible, the energy he brought to the camp, constantly encouraging those around him in an environment that typically doesn't lend itself to that type of conduct. He's a leader and that's invaluable at the quarterback position.

That's what I want to hear.

Caleb Williams is NOT beating out Spencer Rattler

Many teams could try running the LSU offense. Just because Brady left doesn't mean LSU can't continue the success. What made it go was having a QB and all the talent he had to succeed. If Williams is as confident as Burrow was then he should know that LSU will have outstanding talent to help him succeed.

I agree he’ll probably go to OU, but he’s not starting QB his first 2 years if he does.

Assuming Rattler declares after his RS SO season, Williams will start his sophomore year.

It's ok. He's still in highschool and has a shitload of potential. Thank God we can actually develop qbs at LSU now. He's going to be just fine.

That's not the elite 11 rankings it's the 247sports rankings for how they specifically performed at the camp. Two different rankings.

I would trust the elite 11 rankings more than 247. The fact that Nussmeier is an LSU commit immediately cost him points regardless of his performance

If the Elite 11 was based solely on the performance at the event......CW wouldn’t have been MVP......He wasn’t the most impressive, neither was Nuss.....

LOL! Williams really knows how to snooker all of the evaluators. But he can't fool LSU fans. They see what all the supposed experts can't.

So you are thinking along the old tired line that this dude is a running back playing QB. Also, Gus hasn't had a "running QB" since Nick Marshall. Where do you people come from? The dude excels as a runner, but if you had any sense you can see that he's way more than that.

In my honest opinion, this guy and Vandagriff are the two best QBs coming out and are future super star college QBs. Ty is a notch below and McCord looks good too. Nuss will be good but I'd put him below all four.

Man are you trying to get yourself lynched? That is heresy around here. To this crowd, "Nuss'" is the very best QB for LSU's system. Everybody knows he is just like Joe Burrow.
