BK came down here and plucked recruits from Louisiana, most notably Jerry Tillery, who was a top OT. Committed as a Jr and never wavered.
BK didn't get to just recruit his state and then add a few recruits here and there out of state. I count a grand total of 10 players from Indiana out of 99 players.
ND is a hell of a proving ground because he had to go to a wide variety of backgrounds to build his team, Texas, Louisiana, Florida, California. He'll be fine.
