why does it even matter when people figured out he was good? a completely irrelevant point.
and LSU insiders are usually the last to know things like this so if UT guys are feeling good i'd be worried.

As far as the "game" goes... I think that stuff is BS. If you commit (especially the closer to NSD) then I think the kids should honor the commit cause the coaching staffs have factored you in. HOWEVER, if you have not committed, then decide NSD or after for all I care.
I dont think the coaching staffs or kids (both in general) are faultless, but both need each other and to honor commits and scholarships for that matter, I think would clean this up a bit more. This is a different conversation, but it relates to kids changing commits without letting the other coaching staffs knowing (I feel this way if LSU gets or loses recruits).

But we already have several. If someone like Bowers or Nkemdiche comes, I could see it pissing someone off saying you are "the" guy. Maybe they were telling him no more DEs.

If that happens, it's horseshite. If you commit to a school like lsu, bama, fla, etc, you better not be afraid to compete.
I am in the Shea camp here. He and sonny have great sources and are usually spot on. Right now, they and Barton from 247 say lsu. The Mom is also huge here. By all accounts, her and frank are close and she just gave lsu coaches her word and is super pissed he went on the visit.

If he really has a press conference scheduled the day before National signing day, I think it is safe to say he is flipping. Why else would he need a press conf.? He is already committed to us. He just wants to re affirm that? lol, I don't think so.
