Your are not innocent until proven guilty. If you did it you are guilty. You are innocent in the eyes of the law until proven guilt.

He'll likely be a member of the 2015 or 2016 class. Or, is there a rule that doesn't allow a felon to receive a schollie? Would he be able to remove his electronic device before a game? Would he be required to receive a judge's permission prior to going OOS to play at another stadium?
