Has Ardarius Washington Signed?

According to 247 he hasn’t signed. Could we be holding him in the bullpen if we still have a spot? With the 4 visitors this weekend, could this give us a spot for Foster? Everyone keeps saying that we only have 3 spots left after Joseph committed, but it looks like 4 officially.

We signed 21 Prospects. If you are looking at 247, it doesn't include the kicker Cole Tracy.
With Kelvin Joseph we have 22. Hence we only have 3 Schollies left if you don't count A. Washington as a commit.
