I was at the Hahnville vs Covington game. Believe me 165 is generous.

And that's the problem, it's going to be hard to disguise him when he's on the field.

We have Tae Provens for Jet sweeps/motions. An APB that can actually split out wide and play receiver.

There are plenty of creative ways to use a guy like Pooka in an offense without exposing a possible weakness in blocking.

Yes, but are those "creative ways" consistently effective in SEC play?

We already have more physically matured backs that can do the same thing Pooka does.

I like Pooka alot, just not in SEC play. There's a reason why you don't 5'8, 165/170 backs in the SEC.

The 2019 class is the Year of the RBs.

Get off the board if you’re gonna sprout bull crap.

Especially with crap like this:

I don’t care if pooka is 155 pounds tbh.

Very few human being possess that kind of start-stop, lateral agility , and vision. He’s going to put on weight , but 5 ‘7 180 is big enough because your not gonna see people squaring him up and hitting him dead on in between the tackles. He would be devastating on speed sweeps , bubble screen, kick offs , and slot plays.

Your an imbacile if you run a I formation dive with him.

Please be more specific, are you refuting a point?

Lol we have no one even close to pookas big play ability on our roster.

Neither does 95% of D1 teams , the kid is special. Tavon Austin was the last player I have seen that’s comparable.

You’re flat-out lying.

Really? These are all opinions, not facts.

CEH @ 5'8/205 lbs - Really good back & can't even see the field.
Tae Provens @ 6'/185 lbs - Explosive APB that can play receiver as well.

Also, the goal is to land 2-3 LA 4/5 Star Backs in 2019.

That's harsh. He might be wrong...and I think he is...but that doesn't mean he's lying.

He’s lying to himself. There isn’t a back on LSU’s roster or a back committed that possesses his agility, acceleration, top-end speed, etc.

Tavon played in the Big12, that's where I think Pooka should play.

Exactly. That's why I take a potential gamebreaker like Pooka over an above average traditional back like Joiner. Like him or not (and clearly you don't like him), but Pooka can be used in a wide variety of ways, including punt and kick returns.

Where do you think Joiner would rank in the 2019 class? Wouldn't be be behind Cain, Emory and Davis?

I would take Pooka and any 2 of Joiner/Provens/Curry and then try to load up in 2019 with as many of the elite guys as we can get. There are more pressing needs, in my opinion, than RB in 2018.

Yeah, whatever.

I’ll let you be with your opinion, then:

There's a back on the Saints team that does, huh, can do what Pooka does with incredible stop and start up acceleration and all, how about that?? I'm just messing with you podna, but Williams is a gifted runner, I don't know what his size is exactly, but I do think the kid is def capable of playing SEC ball.

I think a lot of people are missing the boat on Joiner. LSU runs a spread offense, he's 6'3 220 lb, ready to play day 1 spread offense RB. That's why we're recruiting him so hard.

Again, I like Pooka more in the Big12 vs SEC.
