Seems like over the past three or four years, Grayson had guys to early commit to LSU. As things played out, none ever made it to campus. Were they overrated to begin with? Just asking because I hate that football factory over there.

If my memory serves me right, I think a couple ended up flipping to UGA.

Did Adam Anderson go to Grayson? I remember his decommitment sucked because he ended up a 5* and a top 20 player in the country. He tallied a pretty good career with Georgia it looks like too. 11 sacks across 16 games his junior and senior seasons.

Anderson was from Rome high school. He and his two teammates all committed together and none of them stuck. It was inevitable that Bell would be dropped from the class whether LSU did it or Bell himself decommitted. He was a Steeples guy and the board has been reset with the new staff.

the safety Michael Daugherty made it to campus for 3 whole days before he entered the portal last year i think. weird situation - anyone know where he ended up? nothing showing up online

My nephews played some of them and word is players like Stone were way overrated.

They’re mostly mercenaries brought in from other schools. I feel like very few workout wherever they go. Wayne Gallman and Rennie Curran are the only two I can remember sticking in the pros.

Home of the once "generational" Robert Nkemdiche I believe. Lot of talent goes through there but they seem to push kids on schools early and schools oblige because they don't want to be left out of the loop. It's a factory, both goods and bads of that.

Curran went to Brookwood. Gallman was a diamond in the rough 3*

I forgot he was a Brookwood kid. Makes sense now

My wife is friends with Gallman’s mom.
