Don't misread into that too much. He has been to FSU several times and is high on the Florida teams.
Edit: Florida is not recruiting him anymore. Also read this from this morning..
"One of Newberry’s sticking points during recruiting is that he insists on playing immediately, even if it means signing with a rebuilding program.
“I don’t want to waste any time,” he said. “Why redshirt when you can play right away?”
Ummmm, Good luck with that.

I thought he would be a de. Are teams recruiting him to be a OT?

Ole Les will promise him a starting job, and then when he arrives, we'll shave his head and arse and tell him to go get in line with the rest of the all-american backup DT's.
Tell him Southern is a great place for "wants" like that. Play right away, no problem.

He's at Tennessee today, and had really positive things to say about the Vols in his hometown newspaper. I think we have a legit shot

He should go to Murray. US World and News had them yesterday as the #1 'master's university' in the South, again. Murray is shite in football.
He can start there for sure.
