Gibbs comparison= Charles

Now this is a great comparison.

Everyone on here always wants to compare him to Alvin kamara.

It seems that most posters can only pull from current/former Saints or LSU guys when making player comparisons. The amount of DBs that get compared to Tyrann Mathieu is ridiculous.

I do see some of AK41 in Gibbs. They both have elite balance and excel at making defenders whiff in a phone booth. They are both effortless, pure runners.

However, I think kamara is a much more physical and powerful runner than Gibbs (or jamaal for that matter). Kamara is way better at running between the tackles than he gets credit for. Perhaps it’s because he’s so good on the perimeter. But once Kamara gets to the edge or into the secondary, it’s his strength that makes him so hard to bring down. Not sure if Gibbs is as powerful.

Well of course Gibbs will put on some pounds as he matures physically, but his build is slighter than kamara’s. He’s got a smaller frame.

It doesn’t matter. Top notch runners come in all sizes.

They’re different style backs. Kamari is more patient, breaks a ton of tackLes and his greatest asset is his balance.

Gibbs is a burner that gets north south quickly and gets to his top speed extremely fast.
