Hell, I sw only 2 kids on the entire list from north of Alexandria (Sims and Hootie). I assume Robinson is going to be a third.

At what point will these New Orleans reporters grasp the concept that "teams" from north Louisiana play well because they actually have decent players??? To have only 3 kids from north Louisiana on that final list is absurd. My hunch is this guy couldn't name another player off of Neville/Ouachita/West Monroe other than Hootie, Sims, and Robinson.

It's okay for a sportswriter from New Orleans to focus on kids in his area - it's expected. I'm sure Monroe-based writers don't know much about all the studs from the southern part of the state.

But if so, then perhaps it might be wiser to limit your article to only include kids from your area.

#5 isn't a sign of disrespect, especially this year

You can't say he's better than Robinson Willis or fournette.

gerald willis, robinson, noil and leonard ranked ahead of him and they all top 50 players to so calm down man. dupre clapp washington quinn will be ranked in the top 50 in some recruiting sites too. Don't underestimate this class because these player's were the best at all the camps last year.

I agree with u all of these kids are going to be seniors next season and each one them have to become more vocal leaders on their teams, and try to have a better season than their junior year to get to the dome, so the top 5 rankings will probably change next season.

LSU LOCKS!!! I always knew tim williams wasn't gone be a tiger and maybe i was a lil in the blind on landon but i knew he wasnt an LSU lock. I have read nothing about these kids that make me believe they not going to LSU. You can add tony brown and ed paris in there to as locks. Tony interest in a&m is legit but i see no scenario were he not a tiger.

I'm impressed also with Jimmy Smith. I don't think he is biased to south La. I think he's very fair to be honest
