There is no way Miles does not take both Fobbs and Boone.
Miles also knows that if Fobbs does not pan out at WR, he is a top notch DB prospect as well, and prospects normally want to switch positions after they realize their NFL potential may lie at another position. Not saying this is going to happen, but it could. Generally, you need to be a real speed merchent to make it in the NFL as a WR if you are not around 6'2" or more.
