They have the most underrated recruit in this class in Malachi Wideman

Says we haven’t offered and we are too full at WR but he’s a stud. Top 10 WR imo

Also an insane basketball player

This has been coming a long time with FSU. Started well into the Jimbo years and he jumped ship just before it sank or he would even be on the chopping block himself. Hasn't had much success without star QB's.

The problems started with Before Jimbo was hired. The way the admin ousted Bobby Boudin to make Jimbo the head ball coach. It look like Jimbo were wanting facility upgrades and coaching salary upgrades but didn’t get them. He was looking to bailout of the FSU. So his recruiting took a nose dive he had the QB but to lose 2 QB and have your third string QB doesn’t bode well for you. Taggart was never going to due well at FSU because cupboards were bare. I hate it for the guy they should have given him one more yr to get his players in the system. Two yrs and fired is going to shy people away from taken the job. Looks like FSU is going the way of U of Tenn.

I think he was promised that he'd be allowed to play both at FSU, which is one reason he committed.

Probably not, but I imagine Akers and Wilson are regretting how they choose FSU over LSU in the final hour.

And our pursuit of Akers cost us Etienne. Imagine this year with Etienne as the feature back, CEH as the change up and Emery AND TDP redshirting.

agree... and whats worse is they not have a culture problem... which is the worst problem to have...

herbstriet...(who almost never says anything negative about a program, because he always wants to remain in good standing) was trashing them... calling them out for doing nothing but trash talking and fighting... thats really bad stuff there... herbie just doesnt go around saying bad things about any program... and i saw the same thing when watching the game... it was really bad... the new coach would have a massive uphill battle... and like you said, who wants to walk into that knowing you could be fired in less than two years!?.. no facilies to recruit with... all three florida schools are behind in facilities...thats why many recruits are leaving the state... LSU was clutch in getting upgrades...it has and will pay dividends..

which actually started with Jimbo when he jumped ship.

Jimbo was a "1 QB wonder" at FSU. I thought he would have recruited and developed QBs better with his history as an assistant coach.

Doubt we sign Emery in this scenario but yeah, this offense with TE or Akers would be unreal.
