This isn't the place for pro-LSU posts man. All is lost on the Adoree front.
And I thought he definitely wanted to play CB in college. He didn't sound thrilled they clearly want him to play WR in college. He's smart enough to know with his frame he projects better at CB.

Probably not...just turned the Saints game off and I'm still a little worked up
And I don't disagree with you in principle, I just wouldn't really consider Jackson a "pure" WC kid. Plus, he's expressed an interest in LSU and he's a stud so they have to give him some love.

What? An elite, Top 10 player in the entire country has interest in LSU?
No way. Well if he isn't from Louisiana, forget him. Waste of our time.

He must suck, no one worth a damn really likes LSU

He's stated he'd like to play receiver since he's done it his entre highschool career. Just last year he started playing CB. He projects to me like De'Anthiny Thomas if used correctly on offense

The coaches have told him that they like him at corner primarily and also as our return man. They've also promised to give him a few touches on offense because he is such a dynamic playmaker. I envision him playing up on the line and making plays in the backfield the same way Tyrann did. He's visited Ok, fl st., tn and LSU. What's encouraging is that he was supposed to take his last visit to Oregon but never made that visit. He hasn't stopped talking about the downsouth atmosphere since he visited us and I think his parents only made the trip to LSU. They drove down all the way from St. Louis. LSU is definitely in the hunt.

Sark no big deal. He couldn't even make u of W a contender in his time there. Much better coaches were avail. Good for us. Adoree will be a tiger. Just from my gut.

I'm not as confident as that, but I'm getting there. Things appear to be falling just right for us - he could still end up somewhere else - no question, but I'm happy with the effort. While I think that Brown or Chark will come in and take the return banner for this class, Jackson could have something to say about that. He's a little on the smallish side, but looks very good at corner, considering he's only played the position for a year or so.

Yeah, but this isn't one of those times.

I'm just saying, those are a lot better odds than chasing Adoree, Priest Willis, or any other hot-shot west coast DB who wants the "honor" of being recruited by DBU.
can you quantify the amount of time LSU recruiters cancelled trips to Monroe to fly to California to chase Adoree? Because I'd like some actual data before I become outraged, otherwise I'm afraid any comments on the subject might come off as conjecture, or some other "coaches suck" guise.
