And Dyer is by no means an Auburn lock. Arkansas is still definitely in his recruitment, but Auburn's offering of Mosley and Arkansas's lack of an offer to the kid really puts Auburn in a good position.
Look, I like hearing about other SEC schools recruiting just like the next guy, but you AU guys coming on this board and typing about Seastrunk, Dyer, and Lattimore with one hand down your pants has gotten old. It was funny the first 1000 times. Come to us when you guys actually LAND a top recruit. Otherwise, for Christ's sake, act like you are Auburn and not Troy.
Just think, the good news is, if your coach is fortunate enough to go 5-7, he will have doubled his career win total.

A little clarification and context for you guys that missed it the first time I said it...
1. This is my first thread on the recruiting board. Therefore, do not give me any shite about the first "1000" times.
2. If you have not noticed, a lot of fans from different schools post here and it is generally encouraged.
3. This thread was SPECIFICALLY to refute a poster who said Dyer was an Arky lock and AU had no chance last week.
4. When you have Auburn fans here and you guys start thread after thread about Auburn, you are encouraging us to respond/participate. ESPECIALLY when many of the threads are filled with ignorance and negativity by LSU towards AU.
Hope this helps clear things up for you.

Why exactly is Arkansas out of it? Auburn is in very good position to land him; but I would assume Arkansas still has a shot. I mean its June and that school has been near the top of his radar for quite a while.

I don't believe he is. He's posted the same topic on TideSports and the SEC Rant and when people ask him if he is joking he seems pretty serious. I'm just wondering why he is so sure.

As an AU fan, what is your evaluation of this whacky RB recruiting? Surely something seems fishy here. Auburn isn't cool enough to have all of the top 3 backs in the nation declaring it as the most amazing thing ever and such. Are you a little concerned of getting blue balled?

Explain again how we did not compete last year. We were likely an offsides penalty away from beating LSU last year.

Not really. Our O was aweful. It was pretty pitiful what AU and LSU did last year. LSU couldn't play D and AU had no idea what the hell was going on most of the time.
