Rich Rod saw him at a camp and had to have him. He had no other D1 offers. Great kid, good family very happy for them.

He really isn't on the level of the WR's that we took that year. He's a good football player but would get buried in the talent at LSU.

It's a good question, but he caught those passes against ND....not the SEC.

Furthermore, the coaches have camps and took our other wr's over him. If another 5'10 LSU guy were playing for Michigan, he may have doubled Dileo's output.

Again, trust the coaches and understand that they can't offer EVERYONE. He will do well against big 10 defenses, and we are glad that he got an offer from a big time d-1 school.

You people are idiots. Michigan is WAY more of a traditional powerhouse than LSU. Truth hurts.

.5 titles in the last sixty plus years certainly makes them a powerhouse. I mean, remember when they won all those important NC's during World War II? Those were the days.

Having one bad year and a few rebuilding years doesnt make you a non powerhouse. Douche.

Threads like this are unnecessary. We're fine with the receivers we have.

I don't think so. While I don't think he would have been starting for a while, we have several scholarship receivers that still have not and will never see the field.

Lsu didn't go after him because they were afraid the FCC would ban the broadcasts after announcers mispronounce his last name

Would have been tough for LSU to pull him away from Michigan.

Thankfully we never found out
