I know several states down south already have NIL in high schools and it appears Alabama will have it in the near future. I haven't heard anybody talk about Louisiana having it, so what's the situation there?

I dread the day it is approved in Alabama because high school recruiting is so out of control right now, I can only imagine how crazy it's going to become. I can already picture certain colleges aligning with certain high schools and secretly funneling money to that school to basically pay the players until they graduate and then that player will head to that particular college.

So are high schools using NIL to land elite players? With the plethora of talent in Louisiana, it seems like a golden opportunity for high schools to stock up on talent.

NIL in high school...ok this shite has to stop. Laws need to get in place asap. Kids need to be allowed to be kids. I dont want agents and sleezy arse people in schools trying to sway a child into making an adult decision in a place that should be safe for them. This isnt a get off my lawn moment but this shite is truly getting out of hand.
