Did the LSU Football program get a budget bump to cover the Transfer Portal?

On top of regular high school recruiting the transfer portal adds a lot of work. Just wondering if the program received a a little extra money to cover the additional cost of monitoring, evaluating and contacting transfer portal players. I would hate to see resources pulled from normal recruiting to cover transfer portal players. A misallocation of resources may cause us to miss out on a high school player or two.
