How? If you play in the SEC and you are good then it doesn’t matter where you go. Look at Kinlaw for example. He will be a top 15 pick. Stop with that dumbass narrative

To a large extent, I agree with what you said. I will say, however, that there is more to that discussion than just simply pointing out one or two high draft picks from bad programs.

When you are exceptional, you stand out, and it's easy to be noticed. But you can be less than exceptional at other places, but because that school has a winning reputation, scouts tend to be biased toward their players, because when everyone plays well together, it makes some guys look better, individually, than they really are.. Just look at Alabama... LSU and Ohio State have a high rate of players who make a SUCCESSFUL jump to the NFL. Bama players are hit or miss, but their players are still highly overrated by scouts, because in the scheme they play in, scouts are convinced they're brilliant players.

So there is an advantage. But it isn't everything.

But how would we know? I remember a recruit of Alabama couple years ago, told us he was signing, but needed uo going to Bama...but we didnt know he spurned us, and something we did to find out, it whatever, ended up being a violation

You are correct. At least we self reported and got basically a slap on the wrist

Has to be tough for the kid. Even if he wanted to switch his commitment. Having the coach you were committed to in the gym, wouldn’t have been easy.

Easy chief, I've been on here longer than what your AVI says.

So you were on TD before 2008 and you're admitting that you're an alter?

Agreed, not to mention that facing great players every day in practice makes you better, its likely one of the reasons for Burrows greatness, the "worst" recruit in our starting secondary just won the Thorpe, thats what he had to throw into 50 times a day.

Granted our OL doesnt have the same level as talent, it wont be the same challenge for Burch, but were still leagues above SCar, were well coached if nothing else.

Correct. Except I took a couple years off and couldn't remember the exact spelling of username or the password, or the email account I used. Most likely my original alter was purged.

I think he likes LSU....
1) he isn’t sure about leaving home
2) he doesn’t want to piss off literally every person in his current works right now, as that whole environment we saw today was geared towards the Gamecocks
So he’s going with what’s ‘safe’. Momma is trying to convince him what’s best for future

I know that , I'm asking for a link to a credible source because I have not seen a single one. Is that too hard to understand? Maybe you should be the one to stfu, because you are obviously making shite up. Bubbye.

This fricking guy..

No, nothing is up. Burch committed and signed on ESD with the agreement that he would announce on grannys B-day. Today was a ceremony put on by the school, and the "fake signing" was on blank paper. It was ceremonial only, which is why mom flipped the blank paper so quickly. Grannys b-day is in a couple days. He will officially announce then and the signed post dated documents will already be in USCe possession. There really has been no games except in the eyes of LSU fans. He committed but wanted to honor his granny, and enjoy the recruiting process.

Where’s your link?

Difference is, I never said "100%" and I admitted on multiple it was my opinion based on player recruiting timeline, many articles, tweets, and TD posts.

If you can't understand the difference, I'm sorry.

If the kid doesn’t want to come to LSU, then let him make that choice. His mom forcing him somewhere is the absolute wrong way to go about this.

Cmon man. If he doesn’t want to be here he shouldn’t... at 18 I would’ve had a rough time away from home. Being a mommy’s boy is not a negative thing
