This game won't be a must win in terms of recruits in that we can recover but will be big as far as showing the direction of the program.
The 3 game home stretch of Georgia, Miss St. and Bama will however be huge. If we can somehow go 3-0 in that stretch it will go a long way in locking down a top 5 class. If we go 0-3 be prepared to bleed recruits that we thought were a lock.

Well...you definitely don't wanna come out and get 30 pieced the first game, that's for sure.

It's much more complicated than winning a game. It's what a recruit sees and how they perceive it. Poor QB play could be perceived positively or negatively by a recruit. They could think "QB's can't be successful there" or they could think "I could take that guy's spot and play early"
And quit with the "we have to beat Alacrap" BS. Georgia didn't. But they out recruited them.
I want to smash them too, but we don't HAVE to inorder to recruit a great class.

Not really. I guess you can look at from the perspective if LSU loses the game they could drive the rest of the season with very low momentum leading to a bad season. If they win maybe you could say they have high confidence and drive to a better than expected season. Looking at it that way, yeah, it could make or break it. Doubtful though.

We are going to treat Miami like we treated Louisville a couple years ago.
