Unless I'm wrong, Pooka had an offer and so did Corione. Anyone saying they wouldn't take a guy like Pooka on their team now or at any point is out of their damn cajun minds.

Harris didn't have an offer and we didn't push until late with Pooka. He was a great get for them, but don't act like he was a guy we were going all out for a year for.

Pooka was set to sign with LSU and the night before the early signing period O asked him to wait until NSD. Apparently playing the numbers game and sensing he wasn’t wanted, Pooka’s dad told him to sign with Kansas where he was wanted.
